When one of the leading financial groups in Latin America contacted us, they clearly shared their training needs. The group needed a platform to provide training coverage for its collaborators in a unique way. A campus that could cover the training stages of its collaborators by integrating digital solutions for both directed and self-directed training. Doing it in a gamified way meant adding that added value that would also improve the brand engagement of its collaborators.
Thanks to the use of LMS systems, Banco Pichincha has met its training needs by overcoming physical and time barriers, optimizing resources, improving transmission, retention, and measurement while allowing energy to be put into continued growth.
