Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: first and last name, company or organisation, email, phone (optional), your message and, if you ask for a live session, your preferred time slot. We also record whether you authorise commercial communications.

For security and abuse prevention we record minimal technical data about the submission: IP address, browser (user agent) and date and time.

We measure visits with a cookie-free analytics tool that stores nothing on your device, builds no profiles and cannot identify you: we only get aggregate statistics (pages viewed, referrer, device type).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Handle your request and, if you ask for it, arrange a live session: pre-contractual measures at your request and your consent when submitting the form.
  • Send you commercial information about Alumne Flex, only if you expressly authorise it with the checkbox. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
  • Protect the site against spam and abuse (submission limits, anti-spam check): legitimate interest in the security of the service.
  • Understand aggregate use of the site to improve it: legitimate interest, using a cookie-free tool that doesn’t identify visitors.

Retention

We keep the data from your request for as long as needed to handle it and maintain any resulting business relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods. Technical security data is kept only as long as needed to detect abuse. Data for commercial communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Recipients and processors

We don’t share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement:

  • Web hosting and email (IONOS).

If you agree to watch the site’s videos, the player of Vimeo, Inc. (USA) loads in your browser and Vimeo processes your visit data under its own policy, as an independent controller. Vimeo participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See the cookie policy.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to ggarcia@alumn-e.com.

If you believe we haven’t processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
