Your registration as an Alumne user will continue until you cancel it. The status of an Alumne user is personal and non-transferable, so you cannot transfer your user status to third parties in any case.
Alumne reserves the right to block or delete your user account if you exceed 6 months of inactivity on the platform. Inactivity is understood as not logging in for the specified time.
To process your registration as a user, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the data you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete. The registration process will be canceled if your data is inaccurate or incomplete.
By registering on our website, you agree to provide us with all correct and complete information about your identity. Your data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and following current data protection regulations as outlined in our Privacy Policy. It is prohibited to provide an email address that is not yours.
When creating your profile, you must enter your personal data. In this process, it is prohibited to: (i) use someone else's name; (ii) use trade names protected by copyright through a trademark or similar protection right; (iii) use trade names that infringe or may infringe the rights of other individuals or legal entities; and, (iv) use trade names that may offend or hurt other users, such as vulgar or offensive names.
For the user photo, it is strictly prohibited to: (i) use another person's photograph; (ii) use a photograph protected by copyright or similar protection right; and, (iii) use vulgar or offensive photographs, as they may hurt the sensitivity of other users.
Remember that the data you enter on our website may be shared with other Alumne users. For example, if you leave a comment or review, it may be associated with your name and/or user photo.
As a user, you must use our website in accordance with current legislation, morals, public order, and these Terms and Conditions.
You agree to always make appropriate and correct use of our website, not using it under any circumstances for illicit, criminal, or punishable objectives or activities that attack or may attack our image or brand or the rights of third parties. Similarly, you agree to make proper use of the public forum or any content area displayed publicly or privately, showing respectful opinions and treating other users of the Alumne community with education.
To access the Alumne LMS system, you must pay the corresponding fee through the Alumne payment gateway (Stripe). The payment will be made through the payment gateway that Alumne enables for this purpose. You will maintain access to the Alumne LMS platform as long as you pay the usage fee.
To access the community content, you must be registered with Alumne, and if the content is paid, have the corresponding access subscription. Access to paid content will be maintained as long as your subscription lasts.
As an Alumne user, you are solely responsible for your comments on our website. Therefore, you assume all risks associated with their content, including someone else's reliance on their quality, accuracy, or reliability, or any disclosure of information you make.
At Alumne, we commit to blocking users who provide false, intentionally misleading, or defamatory opinions; users who infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, publicity right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; users who misuse our website, including insults, racist threats, pornography, exploitation of minors; or if they infringe or favor the infringement of any regulations. In any case, the ultimate responsibility for the comments lies with the user and not with Alumne.
As an Alumne user, you should know that you have the right to express your opinion as you see fit as long as these Terms and Conditions are respected.
At Alumne, we will block users who, based on real indications, infringe legal provisions or these Terms and Conditions.
To enjoy Alumne LMS, you must pay the usage fee based on the service package contracted.
Payment of fees can be made with a credit/debit card (which implies an automatic charge). In any case, the choice of payment method is made during the purchase process on the corresponding screen.
The Alumne user must notify us of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or phone, as soon as possible so that Alumne can take appropriate action.
In case of problems with the indicated payment process (rejected payment method, problems with the platform, etc.), Alumne will provide you with a bank account number where you can make the deposit. If we are unable to collect an amount (for reasons such as expiration of the payment method, insufficient funds, or any other cause) and you do not cancel your subscription, you will automatically lose your status as an Alumne user if the non-payment implies it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to info@alumn-e.com and we will indicate the procedure to follow.
