Case analysis of a training platform for professional development in future professions

The pandemic triggered many technological changes for numerous companies, leading to new developments capable of meeting the training needs adapted to the times.

Addressing the decentralization of teams in companies while enabling synchronous online training with a platform that covers all training pathways and provides a live broadcast system that also meets the traceability requirements of Fundae was the challenge we faced as a company when working with DEXS to develop the technological solution to meet all their needs. A joint project that not only addresses the initial need but also allows for greater customization of learning plans to the training needs of different employee profiles in companies. Thanks to the use of LMS, online training adapted to the business needs arising from the pandemic has been resolved and has allowed us to advance in line with technological innovations that open new doors to the future of elearning.
